I am looking for some reliable source to buy ecigarette or electronic cigarette what you call cause i heard it help stop smoking.

Best advice I ever got was to check out some forums before you buy anything. Read some real user experiences and recommendations not just the hype from sales people. Of course I found out after I over paid for my first e-cig. Don’t let it happen to you. Learn about your options first.

    Some say that using electronic cigarettes can help you quit smoking. Currently there is no scientific evidence for or against it. One option is to gradually lower the level of nicotine in your cartridges to become nicotine and tobacco free.

    The other option is to smoke electronic cigarettes with zero nicotine cartridges while applying nicotine patches. That way you separate addiction and habit.

    Who told you they help to quit? Electronic cigarettes are just another option. However, switching to electronic cigarettes can help you in some ways. They don’t contain any of the harmful chemicals other than nicotine. This way you probably can give your lungs a lot of relief.

    Also, as the previous answerer said, you can gradually decrease the nicotine level, but that did not work for me.

    When buying electronic cigarettes, you should consider one thing. Remember to buy additional atomizers. Most of the ecigs do not provide additional atomizers with cartridges, so buy additionals for your use.

    I personally use Green Smoke. The flavor is really good, and its as close to real cigarette as possible. I used to use the 16mg Nicotine levels at first, now I have downgraded to 8mg Nicotine level.
