Ok I got no lighter, matches, toaster, oven of any kind and I can’t leave the building. Can I use in any way:

Microwave
Radiator
Coffee Machine
Electric Kettle
I guess phone, computer and fridge are out of the question

Actually the computer is the best bet here, if you have a light up system and are prepared to destroy it, ( the light up part, I mean, not the computer, ) should you have a multiple connector for equipment, that can be plugged in (usually a unit for a joystick/printer, etc will do the job), then you need to take the light part, and slowly crush the class covering, blow away the bits and then plug it in, and switch it on, and you will get a few seconds of heat from the bulb part that is high enough to light a cigarrette, you can do the same thing with a fridge light, but the amparage ie much higher, any bulb in the house can be crushed or broken, if you are that desperate, just do not break the filament You could just sell your excess equipment and buy a lighter of course………

Am I just a b*tch or what?

I’ll try to make this short. I was homeless living out of my van. I spent several nights at a friends apartment and was planning to get my own apartment but I don’t want to be alone anymore. So I struck a deal with my friend.
She lives in a 1 bdrm apt with her elderly mother who is very nice but is bipolar and has dementia, and her 18 yr old daughter who isn’t quite out of school yet. She’s graduating and may move to another state with her boyfriend.
Here’s my problem. The only bedroom is shared by my friend and her daughter. Her bipolar mom just sits in front of the tv and basically controls it. My friend won’t allow her to do anything else including get a little exercise for fear she will hurt herself. So controlling the tv is all she has control over. So I I understand that – to an extent. The only time I get to watch what I want is when her mom falls asleep in front of the tv……….. but tonight she woke up and after a few moments got up and took the remote control away from me. Then she turned the tv off! Even though it usually runs all night long! My friend controls her mother and I feel bad for the woman…………. so the tv is the only thing she can control. But she wasn’t getting back at her daughter by doing that – it affected ME not her daughter. If the tv bothers her how in the world can she stand the police scanner going 24/7 every single day and night??? It bugs me to death! And that mothertrucker can get LOUD!!! Ear piercingly loud.
My question is this: With the economy the way it is and the fact I don’t want to be alone am I really getting my money’s worth living this way? Or should I wait it out until next month and just get my own place…………. even if I’m alone.

Effective stop smoking aid?

My stepson is trying to stop smoking with the help of a battery operated "Lobewhacker" device. If he feels like a ciggy he clips the small cables onto his ear lobes and it administers a small electric shock, you just increase the power daily until you eventually can do without cigarettes, trouble is, he`s had the machine six months now and it`s been adjusted up so much
that when he uses it his hair stands on end, should he try something else?
Josephro:
He stopped smoking 4 weeks ago and now he can go more holidays with what he`s saved? FFS how many a day was he smoking? Hundreds?
He wrote to the company, they suggested he upgrade to the latest aid ,
they call it the" maxiwhacker"it works in a similiar way but without ear lobe clamps, it`s a chair you strap yourself into, plus it`s guaranteed to work.

If i need a jump start i know where to come.

Help me analyze this poem? (I can’t figure it out???) (nobody can)?

Theyre selling postcards of the hanging
Theyre painting the passports brown
The beauty parlor is filled with sailors
The circus is in town
Here comes the blind commissioner
Theyve got him in a trance
One hand is tied to the tight-rope walker
The other is in his pants
And the riot squad theyre restless
They need somewhere to go
As lady and I look out tonight
From desolation row
