Ok, I just received a great case study, but I was extremely surprised. Because after smoking for so long, this reader went above and beyond her expectations. Oh yeah, she also says that “Smoking for over 10 years… is NOT AN EXCUSE!”
Here’s Jennifer’s Story
Yeah, I smoked for 12 years now. Heck did it when I was in school and thought I never would stop. But don’t give into your own weak minds thoughts. Remember, you’ve been hooked to cigarettes for a long time. Your just use to the feeling and the nicotine. But if you make it a must, then it MUST get done.
I am thankful to Logan and Markus for helping me quit. I started trying to quit about 2 months ago. I was having one heck of a time. Let me tell you my hubby did not like me when I tried quitting because I was like a bat-out-of-hell. But he also was very supportive, thanks sweetie.
Anyhow, I started to consider all the things I would lose out on if I didn’t quit smoking. You know seeing my kids go to college, being a grandmother, and getting to travel with my hubby. I thought serious about what Markus said in his wonderful webinar on: What would you lose out on if you didn’t stop smoking?
This hit me pretty hard when I sat in my chair and visualized what would happen, how my life would be. I guess after literally getting so deep into that feeling I saw my future and didn’t like it one bit. Now it’s not going to be easy, but I for one am not the only one who quit smoking after smoking for 12+ years. If I can do it, hell any of you guys or gals can do it.
Just don’t fall for the old “I smoked for over 10 years…. thing” because that was mine. But my real reason is seeing how my life would change if I didn’t smoke. Everytime I get an urge… I just think about me in a coffin and my grandchildren and hubby looking at me. Yes, extreme but it works for me.
If I were to give any advice to someone trying to quit: Use the method Markus did in the webinar and try putting together all the pain you would get by NOT quitting.
Also, I also used the Solar Cigarette and it helped me speed up the process. I was off cigarettes pretty easily and now don’t even need cartridges or cigarettes anymore. Not bad for a 12+ year smoker.

So What’s Your Excuse?
It’s time to throw out the excuses, I give Jen alot of credit and congratulate her. She took Markus’ advice and put it to use. She has been using the PAIN method in motivating herself not to continue to smoke cigarettes. She also tried the Solar Cigarette…. after a few short months, she is not smoking anything anymore and loving life.
